Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the JM Web Studio website and any enquiry or engagement you begin through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy where it describes how we handle personal data, analytics, and service providers.
Analytics and third-party services
The site uses third-party tools (for example Google Analytics and
infrastructure to store and, where we enable it, notify us of form submissions as
described in the Privacy Policy, including Supabase, Resend,
and a Render-hosted contact service at
jm-webstudio.onrender.com). Your use of the site is also subject to those
providers’ own terms to the extent they apply. We are not responsible for the websites,
services, or policies of third parties.
Enquiries and the contact form
If you use our project enquiry form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you agree to processing of that data as set out in the Privacy Policy (including storage and any notification email to us through the service providers we describe there).
Website use
Content on this site is provided for information about our services. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated systems in a way that harms performance or security.
Services & agreements
Specific web design, development, or consulting work is agreed separately (proposal, statement of work, or contract). Those documents take precedence for that engagement. Nothing on this site alone constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain rights to our pre-existing materials, tools, and know-how. Deliverables and licensing for client projects are defined in your project agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Our total liability relating to the site alone is limited to reasonable and foreseeable loss where liability cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
